A traineeship combines workplace training with structured learning, typically spanning 1-2 years depending on your chosen field and qualification level.

Traineeship benefits:

  • Develop industry-relevant skills and practical experience
  • Earn a nationally accredited qualification plus income
  • Secure entry into high-demand career sectors

The NSW Government is covering the cost of qualifications for apprentices and new entrant trainees through to 30 June 2027 – making it the perfect time to start.
