Privacy Policy

Nobody but you and authorised personnel of Fusion Training Solutions has access to your personal information. The Freedom of Information Act and the Privacy Act protect it.

If you wish to have access to your information on file or to obtain new copies of your qualifications you will need to request it in writing and provide appropriate photo identification.

If you require another person to get copies of your qualifications or information on your behalf you will need to make a request in writing clearly providing authorisation for your information to be released to another person and clearly specify the other person. The nominated person will need to provide adequate photo identification to the Fusion Management to access the information.

If you require the information or copies of qualifications to be mailed to you, you will need to make a request in writing providing clear authority to Fusion to release the information by mail and a clear delivery address at which you or a nominated person can receive the mail.

All courier or mailing costs and related administration fees will need to be paid for in advance. Administration fees will apply to the copying of information and the reproduction of certification. The Fusion Management will advise you of these costs at the time of request.

Fusion apologies for any inconvenience these steps may cause but they are in place to protect the privacy and security of your personal information.
