Payments and Refunds

All programs require a deposit or payment in full and fees are to be paid prior to the commencement of the program unless prior arrangements have been made with the Training Manager. You will not receive any learning material, textbooks, Recognition Kits until you have enrolled and paid required fees. Qualifications will not be issued until all fees and charges have been paid in full. Full details of your fees will have been provided with your enrolment form.

If you are participating in a program as part of training arranged by your organisation then you will not need to worry about this, as payment will be arranged with the appropriate personnel from your organisation. You will need to clarify and understand any additional requirements of your organisation’s training provision policies and procedures as these may vary and be additional to Fusion Training Solutions’ conditions of participation.

As part of our access and equity policy, Fusion is committed to making learning affordable and accessible to everyone. If your circumstances prevent you from making full payment by the commencement of a program contact the Fusion Management to discuss alternative arrangements for payment.

Conditions of eligible refunds:

  • To receive a full refund written notice to withdraw must be received by Fusion Training Solutions five (5) or more business days prior to the commencement of the program.
  • Notification to withdraw received within five (5) business days of program commencement will attract a 10% administration fee – plus the cost of any learning material not returned or rendered unusable. This will be deducted from fees paid.
  • No refund will be made for withdrawal from a program once it has commenced unless under extenuating circumstances.

Extenuating circumstances include long-term illness, death in the family or unemployment and are at the discretion of Fusion Training Solutions Management.

Alternative to Getting a Refund

You may choose to have payments transferred to another program that is more convenient or defer your start date for a period of six (6) months. Transfer to another program or deferment can only be done through written request and negotiation with Fusion Training Solutions management and is subject to a $50 administration/application fee payable on submission of request.
